This year you have two different tournament series to choose from; the Bodog Poker Open V Championship Series and the Bodog Poker Open V Contender Series. Bodog Poker Open V - Championship Series
The Championship Series will be running from September 26th until October 3rd with 7 tournaments and 1 Main Event. Buy-ins will range from $30 + $3 to $470 + $30. The winner from every Championship Event will get a Tournament Ticket to the Championship Main Event, which has a guaranteed prize pool of $200,000
plus first place will receive an engraved Corum Championship watch!Our Championship Events have added money and guarantees - ranging from $2,500 to $20,000.
There will also be satellites running from September 1st through the entire series and a satellite day on October 2nd where we will award 38 guaranteed seats to the Championship Main Event!

The Contender Series will be running from September 26th until October 3rd with 7 tournaments and 1 Main Event. Buy-ins start as low as $5 + $1 and go up to $46 + $4. Every event in the Contender Series will have a guaranteed prize pool and a few extra perks:
• Final table players (with the exception of the winner) for Contender Events will
get a Tournament Ticket to the Contender Main Event.
• The winner of every Contender Event will get a Tournament Ticket to the
Championship Main Event.
Our Contender Main Event has a guaranteed prize pool of $15,000.
There will be daily satellites running from September 1st through the entire series awarding 5 guaranteed seats to the Contender Series Main Event. On October 2nd we will also award 10 guaranteed seats to the Contender Main Event!
